Signal processing: Receive input signals from proximity sensors, adjust the signals in the form of peak, average, and effective values, and output dynamic and static position measurement data; High measurement accuracy, with a measurement error of only ± 0.005% of the reading at room temperature.
Alarm and output: supports user-defined alarm threshold settings, and can configure warning and danger level alarms for monitoring parameters; The output signal covers 4-20mA DC current signal and 0-10V DC voltage signal, which facilitates data transmission with subsequent control systems.
Communication and power supply parameters
Communication capability: Equipped with RS-485 communication interface, compatible with Modbus RTU communication protocol, capable of data exchange with industrial control systems, and supporting remote configuration and management. Staff can remotely set system parameters and monitor operating status through the network.
Power supply and power consumption: using 24V DC power supply, suitable for common power supply specifications in industrial sites; The working power consumption is 7.7 watts, with low energy consumption and minimal impact on the overall power supply system load.
